Refresh is a café-style group for parents and carers of 0-2’s, held on Tuesday mornings in term time from 10.00 – 11.45am at the church.

Refresh happens every Tuesday apart from school holidays. Refresh restarts on Tuesday 9th September 2025.

At Refresh there are toys and space for babies and toddlers. During the morning we serve the adults hot drinks and pastries and drinks and snacks for the children. We come together for someone to share a thought for the week and then we finish with some singing.

The team at Refresh love the children but we particularly love caring for parents, grandparents and carers of young children. We aim to be a welcoming group where there is always a listening ear and words of encouragement.

It is £2 per family per week, paid on the day but if you are unable to afford to come any week then please still come and just have a quiet word with the team member on our welcome desk.
