It is our desire to be a church of ordinary people in which everyone feels welcomed and accepted and finds a place of belonging and fulfilment. We have found God's love and care for us and we want to pass it onto others in our community, friendship groups and beyond.
Sunday is a time when we come together for worship and teaching for adults, young people and children alike with each group having their own time together. Our worship reflects different styles from traditional 8 o'clock communions to café style contemporary worship. As a church we place a high value on worship, the ministry of the Word and Spirit, friendship and reaching out with the love of Jesus.
We also have a network of more than 20 lively midweek small groups - our cell groups which are relationally based. These groups form the heart of much of our church life. We meet to share out lives and Christian experience through worship, learning from the scriptures and prayer, as well as enjoying lots of fun and food together as well! We seek to be outward looking with groups having their own particular interests and focus.
We are an Anglican church linked to New Wine - an interdenominational network of churches seeking the renewing of the Holy Spirit in the church and society.
